• No Crash Reports: We do not collect crash reports or technical data
• No Network Data: Only product information is fetched from OpenFoodFacts when scanning

2. How We Use Your Information

Since we don't collect any data, we don't use your information in any way. All data processing happens locally on your device:

• Provide personalized allergen alerts based on your locally stored dietary restrictions
• Maintain your scan history locally on your device for easy reference
• All app functionality works entirely offline (except for fetching product data)

• 100% Local Storage: All personal data is stored only on your device
• No Cloud Sync: Your profiles and scan history never leave your device
• No Encryption Needed: Since data stays on your device, we don't encrypt it

SafeEats only connects to one external service:

• OpenFoodFacts: Public database for product information (no personal data shared, only product barcodes)

Since we don't collect data, you have complete control:

• Data Deletion: Uninstalling the app removes all your data (since it's only on your device)
